  • the object was built illegally and without the appropriate permit, so there is no information about the garage in the general register;
  • if information about real estate is encrypted by law;
  • if the property is already in the possession of the owner and a cadastral passport has previously been obtained.

Can they refuse?

Current legislation provides for only two cases when the issuance of a document may be refused:

  1. Information regarding the requested object is not available in the accounting system.
  2. Providing information to a specific applicant is contrary to current legislation.

The applicant is notified of the decision within a specified period of time. It should not exceed 5 days from the moment the application was submitted.

According to Russian legislation, a refusal can be obtained in the following cases:

  • there is no data in the system regarding the structure;
  • information cannot be disclosed, as this is prohibited by law.

How to obtain a cadastral passport for a garage

The legislation specifies only two reasons why you may be denied a cadastral passport:
