Methods of paying land tax at Sberbank

Today, Russians can make most payments via the Internet, including tax payments and fees.

Taxpayers who have their own or private house are required to transfer land tax to the budget as established. For non-payment, citizens face penalties and fines.

.

To avoid negative consequences, it is worth paying taxes on time. The most convenient way to transfer taxes is online payment.

Thanks to competition, taxes have remained moderate to this day. The ~40% that goes to Germany also includes various insurances, health insurance, pension fund, etc. Tamara Kern says: The tax in Germany is much higher - it's a myth. . It is for the same reason that we also need globalist socialist wage and labor competition. So at the end of the day, empires get richer and the poor get poorer.

Unfortunately, there is a federal and state tax shortfall and the cost of owning a lease is running out as well, so it will end up being 20% instead of 13%. Don't forget that Switzerland has no inheritance tax for direct descendants, nor does it have a tax on lifetime wealth or personal lease value.

Paying land tax via the Internet has a number of advantages:

  • the payment can be made without leaving home, which saves a lot of time on a visit to the bank and queues;
  • are allowed at any time without connection to the work of a bank branch;
  • payment can be made without commission, which saves money (in many banks you have to pay up to 3% of the tax for payment processing);
  • no need to fill out for fear of making a mistake in the details: online services automatically fill in the basic data;
  • you can track the payment processing status in real time;
  • You can download a payment slip confirming payment at any time;
  • saving time on submitting reporting documentation to the Federal Tax Service (relevant for).

There are practically no disadvantages or limitations to online payment of taxes. Unless you need uninterrupted access to the Internet and, in some cases, connection to specialized services (Internet banking or client banking).

Anyone who rents has nothing to worry about and can put in their money and is ready. Of course, deductions should be abolished. Today's decision suggests that, Jewelry or luxury carriages are similar to the tax. Look to neighboring countries. . Does the author pay federal taxes? Thus, for Lausanne 46% and for trains 36%. So, is 46% still too low?

This is already bordering on confiscation, and these cities should not cry when employees leave. Urs Zimmermann says: Well, if you are concerned about poor people who have an income of at least 1 million. And as far as pity goes, if you turn out a well-earned one, you're not helping those who have to turn over every horse - in return they'll be worse off. For me in Switzerland the maximum rate is 5%, and this will be about 6%, with 250′ it’s 1% and with 100′ it’s only 9%! Why you think that the deduction is not justified in people with an income of a million a priori does not correspond to my logic. This application is not very useful because assets are not filed.

When making online payments, technical failures are possible, as a result of which the processing system is incorrect.

Since it is very fast, the question is whether the assets with a few per thousand are more or less encumbered. And those who truly deserve happiness often also have great wealth. It annoys me, but it's also embarrassing that Zurich has such high tax rates. Zurich, an extremely popular city, many places in the company, wealthy residents, a construction boom in contrast to many supporters - nevertheless a very high tax burden. The question “why” is interesting. The city of Zurich as the largest and fastest growing employer, everything the city has implemented in public projects has huge excessive investment costs and cost overruns.

But such situations are rare and are possible not only with online payment, but also with traditional payment through a bank.

Who is this service available to?

Payment of land tax online is available to all categories of taxpayers:

  • individuals;
  • individual entrepreneurs;
  • legal entities (companies).

It is worth considering that they must pay from their own funds.

It's just that the very good workers who pay every rent, every restaurant bill, every fur and every parking lot with links harden themselves a little. The canton of Zurich, the city of Zurich and Inschweis are all in colors between yellow and green on my salary. The rest of Switzerland is in colors ranging from yellow to red. Only starting from a salary of 250 thousand people, as in one, the Zurich city is slowly turning red. Of course, the cost in the city is higher than in the country, but so is the merit! Someone who earns 70k a year and has two children will certainly have more difficulty in the city than in the countryside!

  • Tamara Kern says: You are right, of course.
  • Just don't underestimate the effect of tax cuts.
  • A drop in taxes in the city of Zurich has suddenly increased the cost of living.
  • In Germany you have no choice!
  • They pay tax to the government and make money with the money.

The Cantonal Tax Competition is one of the best achievements in Switzerland!
So, if the tax is supposed to be paid from a card, then it must belong to the owner of the land plot. Payment from the money of the tenant of the land instead of its legal owner is not allowed.

Often owners of a land plot who own real estate on the basis of common shared ownership are interested in...

We must keep this in our hands. It is already amazing how much the cantons were able to reduce taxes thanks to real competition between the cantons! E. very beautiful: how meaningless this whole low-frequency ghost is. Should you choose location over quality of life? Is it worth it? To travel for a long time? But it will probably save more in tax savings than that.

And rents in Basel are not so low, prices are comparable. . Where do you actually pay taxes if you don't have a permanent residence? The question is that many digital nomads and other worlds. The fact is that the legislature has so far given little consideration to “homeless” people and web workers. This creates a gray area in which the tax situation is not always clear.

Even less trusting entrepreneurs or web workers are programmed to pay taxes “somewhere.” Otherwise the system will not work. Financial infrastructure, education and other public services. That's why it's not about how you avoid tax, but how you do the right thing.

This topic has always occupied me over the past three years. Obtaining specific statements on specific issues is not an easy task. This contribution reflects my experience and research. This is, of course, not mandatory legal information, but rather background information and a stimulus for discussion.

  1. Log in to the portal.
  2. Select the “Tax Debt” tab. The system will automatically perform a search, since information about the taxpayer is already known to it (TIN and full name).
  3. Select the required type of tax and click the “pay” button.

How does this relate to tax liability in Germany?

This article has a practical Tax Guide for Digital Nomads available for free download.
You must pay tax if you live more than 183 days in a year. So, a simple theory, but for digital nomads in practice, it is not so simple. What happens when you have no place? Or do you have nowhere to live because you're traveling the world? There is abundant and clear information on the expatriation of workers. For self-employed webmasters or entrepreneurs, this is sometimes misleading. There are reports of high tax incentives for Internet services. Lawmakers around the world urgently need to catch up. Until the rules are settled with the growing group, partially repealed laws and jurisdictions must be used. The basis is the income tax act, the external tax act and the tax code.

A similar opportunity for online payment of land tax is provided on the official website of the Federal Tax Service. The advantage of this option is that the taxpayer does not need to create an account on the State Services portal and undergo lengthy identification.

Payment on the Federal Tax Service website is made in the “Electronic Services” - “Pay Tax” section.

These legal books govern overall tax liability. If you can do without this little excursion, just scroll down. If you do not fall into any of the three categories, i.e. you do not have an ordinary residence or income in Germany, then you are not subject to tax in Germany. The income is relatively clear. These are enterprises, capital income or rental income reported in Germany.

The problem with the usual abode

The tax liability always depends on the place of residence or usual residence. Even if you are only at home, you can legally reside in Germany. Habitual residence is a place where professional and social connections exist for more than 6 months of the year. No taxes play any role here.

Next you will need to enter the following data:

  • tax type;
  • taxpayer address;
  • payment method: cashless payment.

Here you can not only make an online payment in any convenient way, but also generate a receipt for the bank (if for some reason it did not arrive in the mail).

§ 9 Tax Code: A person permanently residing where he shows, under certain circumstances, that he is not merely temporarily present in that place or area. Tax law defines residence as an apartment that is at your disposal and which you can dispose of. You can't get rid of a long-term apartment, so it's not a residence. If, on the other hand, you keep your apartment after you move out without renting it, your German residence will continue to exist.

This is already sufficient if you only have a second home or a rented property in Germany, where you can theoretically return at any time. A living room without a kitchen or bathroom is enough. Hibernating with friends is not a residence. From a tax law point of view, de-registration of domicile is completely irrelevant.

If necessary, the service will automatically redirect you to the page of the bank that you specified in the preferred payment method section.

Through the Sberbank website

The largest Russian bank, Sberbank, has the largest number of clients. Therefore, one of the most popular methods of paying taxes is the Sberbank-Online Internet bank. All salary card holders and consumer loan borrowers can connect to it absolutely free of charge.

This is not enough to prove movement. Although this serves as a basis for canceling accounts with financial authorities and other authorities, it does not serve as evidence of habitual residence. In order to make your emigration financial authorities authoritative, termination of all telephone and utility contracts, cancellation of vehicles and distribution of membership fees.

A special provision applies if you live abroad but still reside in Germany and are subject to tax on German income. In this case, your income may be taxed both in Germany and in the other country. In this case, there are double taxation agreements between Germany and other countries, which are regulated by the Foreign Taxation Act. Basically, they state that you have already paid taxes in the country for the tax burden in the other country credited.

Instructions for payment through Sberbank will look like this:

  1. You need to log in to online banking using your username and password, enter the SMS verification code that will be sent to your linked phone number.
  2. Go to the “Payments and transfers” tab, where select the “All payments and transfers” option.
  3. In the “Taxes, duties, contributions to the budget” section, select the agency responsible for collecting taxes – the Federal Tax Service.
  4. In the “Search and pay taxes” section, select the land tax we need from the list that opens.
  5. We enter the document index in a special field (it is contained in the receipt that the Tax Inspectorate sends to all owners) and click the “Continue” button.
  6. All that remains is to fill in the proposed fields: amount to be paid and select the account from which funds will be debited (if the taxpayer has several accounts). The remaining details are entered automatically.
  7. After clicking the “Pay” button, the Sberbank client needs to enter a one-time password to confirm the operation.

The money is credited to the budget within 24 hours. After the transaction is processed, a blue “Completed” stamp will appear on the payment form.

So what if you are no longer taxed in Germany?

You are not alone.
If you're interested in this, you should definitely check out the digital nomad guide. If you do not have an ordinary residence in Germany and you do not have income from Germany, you will pay taxes at your new place of residence or where your business is registered. But what if you, as a traveler, never stay in a place for long and haven't registered your business? It is unlikely that foreign financial authorities will review our online activities while we are moving under the radar of financial authorities. In theory, we should register a business in our home country or start a business, which is then used to tax at least the company's profits. What happens, however, to self-employment income taxes or executive pay?

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs can use the special “Client-Bank” service for business.

Through electronic wallets

Owners of electronic wallets also have the opportunity to pay land tax online.

In particular, payments can be made through the Yandex.Money system. To do this you need to take a number of steps:

Whoever has his usual residence for not more than 183 days in the country is not taxed anywhere? So, at least that's the statement on this page. At least from the point of view of income tax theory. Of course, it is necessary to take into account the tax laws of other countries.

Are you smarter than before or still confused?

Even if another country falls into your online income, you are leaving the country in an emergency. Although you are worried about the possibility of returning to this country, a number of countries will be able to cope. First you must determine for yourself to what extent you are subject to tax in Germany. A simple test for this is as follows.

  1. In the Yandex.Money service, select the “Pay on time” option.
  2. Among popular services, you need to select the “Taxes” tab.
  3. In the “Check and payment” field, we look for information about the information available by TIN or document index from the tax notice. Click the “Check” button.
  4. If the information is correct, you will see information about the amount of your debt to the budget in terms of land tax.
  5. Next, click the “Pay” button.
  6. In the form that opens, you must indicate the payer’s full name and click on the “Confirm” button.
  7. You can make a payment either from the balance of the electronic wallet or from the card linked to it.

Please note that the receipt you receive must be printed and kept. This is necessary in case of a technical failure, if the money never reaches the budget.

  • Residence or usual place of residence in Germany?
  • Income from Germany?

Anyone who can answer both questions without answer is not subject to tax in Germany.
Once this issue is resolved, it all depends on the nature of your business model. However, it is important for German customers who need a proper invoice with sales tax refund. In the long term, of course, it makes sense to register a business or create a company. Whether your income is taxed is still an open question depending on how often you change your location. Owners of Qiwi wallets can also make payments to the Federal Tax Service through their personal account, for which:

  1. Select the section “Pay” - “All services”.
  2. Payment of tax deductions is located in the “Other” tab.
  3. Next, select the Federal Tax Service.
  4. In the window that opens, you can search for a document by TIN or document index.
  5. Specify the payment method: from the Qiwi wallet balance or from a card linked to the account.
  6. Enter the amount of land tax and click the “Pay” button.
  7. Confirm payment via SMS message.
  8. Track the status of the document in your personal account. If necessary, you can download the payment receipt here.

Please note that Qiwi charges a commission of 2% of the amount for processing tax payments.

Thus, Russian taxpayers today have many ways to pay land tax online. They can use Internet banking, electronic money or specialized government portals.

Accountable amounts, incl. for the purchase of gasoline, you can give the employee not only in cash, but also transfer it by bank transfer to his “salary” card.
